Reservations

Both the Beaver Creek and Vail Chophouse are currently closed for the off-season and will re-open May 24th at 5pm.


Chophouse and C BAR Lunch

As a policy, we will not be taking reservations for lunch. Seating will be done on a first come, first serve basis. However, please do note that, regardless of this policy, we do have private dining areas that can be booked in advance for groups.

Chophouse and C BAR Dinner

We highly recommend making reservations for your guests that would like to join us for dinner.  Dinner reservations for either Chophouse or C BAR can be made by calling the restaurant locations directly at:

Reservations for either Chophouse can also be made through the OpenTable application below.

The cancellation policy for all restaurant reservations is as follows:
All reservations will be subject to a cancellation fee and therefore will be asked to supply their credit card information upon the booking of their reservation. If you are booking a reservation for a guest, please have this information available to you.

Reservations for all parties must be cancelled no later than noon the day prior to the reservation. Any reservation cancelled after this time will be assessed a cancellation fee of $25 per person.
